MWI Laboratories has developed unique non-destructive testing methods (NDT), based on advanced microwave technology, that are revolutionizing the current testing methods available in the industry. MWI is a spin-off company from Arizona State University with exclusive licenses to produce Gaussian Beam Microwave Technology. Our purpose is to address growing markets involving composite materials and antennas, as well as electromagnetic testing in various market sectors. Our technology is used in multiple industries, such as aerospace, pharmaceuticals, automotive, commercial aviation and more. MWI produces innovative, groundbreaking and validated technology for high-profile clients in various industries around the world. 

MWI Laboratories has obtained exclusive rights for three of the research patents utilized in our systems: the revolutionary Gaussian Beam and Linearly Polarize Resonate Loop Technologies.

 

We are the premier provider of "Non-Destructive" In-Process Quality Control (QC) and Laboratory Quality Assurance (QA) Radio Frequency (RF) testing services, and systems that we custom design and fabricate using Gaussian Beam Technology, which we sell, rent or lease. Our devices are used to measure the anisotropic / dielectric / magnetic material properties including, but not limited to, honeycomb, resistive films and Radome materials. These devices can inspect for defects such as voids, faulty repairs or RF leakage.  Our Gaussian Beam antennas have distinct advantages over standard Gain horns and focus beam systems. Our planar-wave, broadband, Caluminated narrow beam (without focus points) beam sizes, have greater dynamic ranges when used in insertion loss, reflection loss, composite repair, EMC/EMI  and Range applications.
